Deviation Lookahead

Two-hour lookahead deviation risk — holding, missed-approach and diversion exposure per airport, with the conditions driving each score. The forward-looking counterpart to a retrospective deviation summary.
Deviation reports (today): 6-h retrospective  →  Lookahead (concept): 2-h forward The same five-airport frame today's deviation reports use — inverted in time. Instead of reporting which arrivals deviated, it scores which airports are about to generate deviations, while there is still time to act.
Data tier: risk scores are computed deterministically (demand pressure vs AAR, convective proximity, ceilings, active TMIs) from seeded conditions — a schema-faithful simulation, not a live feed and not an ML model. The scoring formula is the demonstration.
